iOS buildserver scheduled maintenance

Hello everyone,

We will be taking the beta iOS buildserver offline on Dec 20 from 10am until 12 noon EST to apply operating system and security upgrades. During this time, builds submitted via the test instance will return server not responding errors until the upgrades are complete.

Maintenance has been completed and the buildserver is back online. This update also fixes an issue where some builds would fail with an unspecified error related to framework signing.
