Invisible blocks that cannot be removed

there are blocks that I cannot get rid of they cause horrid amounts of lag

That is all I know also how do I take a screenshot of a invisible block

What do you mean by "invisible?" Right-click anywhere inside a blank portion of the blocks editor, and send a screenshot of that context menu, along with a screenshot of the error count.

so..... are you going to send the .aia file....? Please clarify.

Do you mean smthing like this, where one block is overlaping othere blocks.

You can use Clean up Blocks

No I have figured it out.

I just had to reload the page then the blocks became visible and at that point i was able to delete them
