Internal error and screen no longer displaying in Designer View

Hello,
After attempting to copy and paste a label in Design Viewer, a user dialog appeared advising "an internal error has occurred".
Cannot drag any component from Palette to Viewer pane on the corrupted screen.
Screen will no longer load all components in design view.
Only first half dozen components are loading into the viewer.

All components are visible in the 'All components' tree.
All blocks are present in Blocks view.
When opening the screen on phone with AI companion all components are visible. It seems that the corruption is in the design mode on the laptop.

I have previously read a thread about some corruptions may have filtered out after exporting AIA files.

I exported the project AIA file to laptop, then reimported but corruption remained.
Is there a free alternate to Winzip to open and edit the AIA file, and what am I looking for when editing the file?

Did you copy/paste something to TableArrangement, if so then try this

TableArrangement issue

Delete your latest or all of your components that you copy/paste. Save your project. Reload http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu Load your project once again..
