Interactive Calendar

Hi,

I'm creating a mood tracker and i came with a idea to put a calendar, and through a TinyDB it can restore the moods from that day you select. But, the thing is, i don't know how to make an interactive calendar tho. Can somebody tell me how can i make an interactive calendar??
