can someone help me with how I can integrate API into my MIT app project so that users of the apk should pay what displayed in the apk using existing mobile MONEY TRANSFER that gives us the API.

You forgot to provide a link to the API documentation ...
Generally just use the web component to access the API, assuming it is a RESTful API...
