Install downloaded apk issue!?

Hello,
I have unexpected problem.
When I build app, with code or download in Onedrive, not problem to install directly.
But when I download apk in my phone and tring to install, receive the next error message:

"Sorry, no application available"
Do I miss something?

Try to Reverse the first step. That would be, copying the copied file and pasting it to /system/app or moving it on to /system/app .

Hm, one more thing - this problem is only on my phone with Android 10!
On my old phone with Android 6 - no problem.
