Install advice on new build

Hi all,

I've been rebuilding a PC and usually the order I'd go with is windows, drivers, updates, office, updates, other apps.

With the latest build, I'm adding MIT appinventor, which contains Intel HAXM, so with this in mind, should it be installed before Microsoft Office 2021? Would it make any difference if this was installed prior to office?
