Sorry, I can't clear my question. It was a general question to know that "how can I ask a question again in the same thread?" Thanks.
Threads automatically close after no activity for some time. If the thread is closed (shown with a lock symbol), you have to open a new topic to ask the question. Probably a good idea to reference the 'original' thread.
If the thread is still open and your additional question is related to the first topic, just ask using Reply.
Otherwise please open a new topic.
