Input file not working

I already have a website which I want to convert it to an apk by adding a WebViewer and customizing it. the problem is here: I have an input in my website which is used by users to upload their files. but this input is not functioning in my apk. when the users click on it, it does not show any action.

Can you please guide me about how to solve this issue?
