Importing KIO4_Base64 extension

I need a help wirth importing [KIO4_Base64 extension] to my project because it says it only recognizes aix files and when i tried to change the aia suffix to aix i still was unable to import it. Any help?

It seems you imported the AIA file instead of AIX file. Keep in mind that AIX file is the extension itself and an AIA file is a project. So, go to the page you imported the AIA and locate the AIX file and download it. After this you can import the AIX file to your project.
