I imported an AppyBuilder project,
but even if I have deleted all the SPACER components, when I open it, I get the warning:
Unable to find component "Spacer" while loading project
Why?
Upload aia to https://unchive.kodular.io/ and see if you deleted all incompatible components. How did you deleted components ? Did you use offline appybuilder for that ?

yes i used appybuilder offline ...
solved the Spacers, they were in a debug screen that I had to remove ....
