to do an offline app which is already made in html & javascript , but i'm looking for someone who are able to convert it into app inventor , as well he must be talented in a way in graphics and ratios too.

Can you post your script here, so that we can manually translate it into App Inventor? It's OK if you only want certain people to translate it.
