Normally when you press the arrow for the Errors, it takes you there and the block gets highlighted.
I have 6 errors that I can not find what they are. The app is running fine...
The snapshot is one of them...
You probably have collapsed blocks. Expand all blocks, then you can find bugs.

It would be better to show all your blocks. Maybe you have some empty blocks hanging around. They also will give this effect.
Right click in a white piece of your blocks editor and click Download Blocks as Image.
Grab your blocks with the mouse and move them a little. It may turn out that the blocks causing the errors are underneath.

I find the Clean Up Blocks option reveals blocks that hide behind other blocks.
