Do you have enough space in your phone? Make sure you have at least 50 MB of space so we know it is not a space problem. I actually ran into this problem on my dummy phone.
I Had more than 50MB of space in my phone but it wasn't getting downloaded
Today I deleted some more files to make more space and then I was finally able to install it !!!
