I try to upload project from aia when receive this error.

I try now. Problem is the same.

How big is your aia project?
Are you using the main ai2 server ? - you could try the code server....

Export your .aia file and upload it here.
export_and_upload_aia

When use https://code.appinventor.mit.edu/ all is OK.
