I need to know how customer data (multiple user) is saved when using TinyDB and how the app owner (admin) can access it.

Then you will need an online database (Firebase/CloudDB/MySQL/Google Sheets) to store all the data centrally. You can still use TinyDB to store local data on the device.
It’s too difficult to switch databases. Is there any other option to continue with the app?

But do you think that mit app inventor will benefit us when we work in large companies? We will not use programming with cubes. We will use programming with codes and not cubes. We have to use something better than this. I use the html css javascript language in my sites.
