I need to get data from a site, but this site cannot be entered without login. Is there a way to automate this entry?

What site are you talking about and are you allowed to do that? In other words do you have permission from the website owner?

I didn't know it was needed, even if I'm only going to use this app myself, is it necessary?

It looks like a government site am I right? You should first ask permission and also ask if there is an api available to access it. I don't know the laws of Turkey so I could be wrong.
