Alright, I am really bad coder. I need help with trying to make a program that will detect snoring or loud noises, but I have absolutely no idea how to accomplish this. Any tips on how to do this?

On pressing Start it crashes, repeatedly displaying a dialog with "Runtime Error". Had to uninstall it to kill it
