It is unlikely that anyone will build this app for you, it could take several days, and much too-ing and froo-ing in order to get things right for you.
You should take advice already provided, do some tutorials and learn how to build such an app yourself. Come back when you get stuck with something specific.

Okay, I've gotten to this point and I don't know how to continue. Can you tell me how to finish it?
- You can do all of that on 1 screen, by hiding and showing arrangements
- You need to think about tomorrow's question, and the next days question, reusing the components already created.
- Learn about using lists, listviews/listpickers/spinners, tinydb for persistent storage, text csv files that hold your data (read with the file component)
- You have score elements but no code/blocks to add to / subtract from the score
