I have a problem with an app

Hi, i'm developing an app and I have a problem. I'm trying to do like a record assistence app in which, as the name says you record assistence and I want to add a share option in which you can share all the information or data that it is in the page, in the text boxs. But I already tried with different blocks and I don't get it. I want something that kinda transforms the data that it is in the text boxs to a PDF file or something like that. Can you help me please?

What is a record assistance app Victoria? Perhaps if you shared an image of the Blocks you tried someone might be able to provide you with specific advice.
