I can't connect with code

Good afternoon,

I have followed all the steps and when I hit connect with code it does nothing.

On the other hand if I put an incorrect code, it tells me that I cannot use two codes to start the application

What I can do?

Make sure:

  • you have an active internet connection
  • companion and builder are connected to same network
  • you entered correct code

Try:

  • reloading builder
  • clearing cache of browser
  • clearing data of companion app
  • disabling vpn (if any)
  • re-installing companion

Thank you very much for the reply.

Now it works for me, but it stays at 20%

What can i do?

There can be multiple reasons for that.
Maybe an issue with assets or extensions.
