For some unknown reason, the site no longer opens on the latest version of Firefox browser 137.0.2, but it works on Google Chrome.
and to open it on Firefox I run this link https://mit-appinventor-newblocks.appspot.com/login/google
It works here under 137.0.2 (64-bit)
Check your browser extensions and PC protection.
