Can you be more specific about what you mean by "not opening"? Do you get a specific error message? Does it just take a long time to load? Where are you in the world (some countries block App Inventor's main server because it is hosted at Google, for example)?

More information would help us give you more targeted advice.

Edit: You may also want to try https://mit-appinventor-newblocks.appspot.com/login/google to get a secure connection and see if this works or not.
