Html codes in text block

Hello. Are there no way to use html codes in text blocks? I know there is \n for new line.
But i also need to use "b" - "h3" and others in text blocks.
Right now i use labels, but there will be a lot of labels when i am done if it is.

Why not use Web Gadgets?

I dont know how it works. But the app im making need to work offline, without any network.

Label HTML markup coding should be able to work offline.

The web viewers can work offline - where is your HTML?
