I have to take photos and transfer them to my web space.
I have tried with TaifunFTP and it works well however my web space does not accept only declared IP.
If I move to another area or connect to WiFi the IP changes ...
How can I transfer these images?

That is clearly a security measure on your web space and it's there presumably because it's a shared space? An alternative would be to have a login, such that only people with the login credentials could perform an upload. It's all down to the Host of your web space so they are the people to consult.
