How to use Yandex translate to translate text written on a page?

Which page? WebViewer?

As @vknow360 said, I don't know what you are translating, but if you are translating text on a label or button or something, see the example below.

Yes web viewer and also buttons and labels.

You can get HTML source of website by making a GET request to that webvsite and GotText event of Web will give you source.
