How to use text to speech across 3 paragraphs

Hi there,

I want that my text to speech button, whenever clicked, reads 3 paragraphs one after the other, each paragraph is present in a label of its own, what can i do to make that happen... also I want that when the speech is going on, the button changes text from speak to pause and when I click the button again, it pauses, please help asap...
