How to upload live video

Good morning.
I’d like to put a video I get from a server with php and put it in the application. A video that I film with a camera. Would you know how to do that, please?

I couldn’t find anything. And I’ve looked on the Internet before and I didn’t find anything. And I didn’t try to do anything because I didn’t know how to do it.
