How to show new record on top when user add data on Google Sheet?

I would like show new record Google sheet on top by using Lisview. It's like sort ascending.
But when user add new data, Google Sheet will add (line + 1). On Listview show new record below. Help me?

reverse list

Reverses a copy of the list with items in the reverse order. For example reverse([1,2,3]) returns [3,2,1]
