How to run app inventor online for an organization without any paid service like GCP?

I want to run my own App inventor which is ready to use after developing it for many people to be used online for free
But it looks like GCP isn't having any option for that and most other platforms need a credit card

Is there any alternative way to deploy it as a web app?

No. The way the software is designed it needs a backend server for storing projects.
