How do you open offline appinventor in windows 10?

I downloaded offline application from here Installing App Inventor 2 Setup on Windows then i installed and created a short cut on my desktop when i open its open a window like this

App Inventor version: 30.265.0
Architecture: AMD64

AppInventor tools located here: C:\Program Files\MIT App Inventor

ADB path: C:\Program Files\MIT App Inventor\from-Android-SDK\platform-tools\adb
Bottle v0.12.13 server starting up (using WSGIRefServer())...
Listening on http://127.0.0.1:8004/
Hit Ctrl-C to quit.

hoe to open this application offline please help.....

You've installed the Emulator, not an offline version of App Inventor. The program you installed launches the Emulator on your computer. It does not include an offline App Inventor that you can use.

If you want an offline version of App Inventor try AI2Offline, maintained by @Ramiro.
