How do you make the list scroll automatically and the words can change color when the word is pronounced

How did you make it to read/speak the words one by one?

before post a block screen shot, change to English language.

You are using ListView. It's not possible to scroll the listView by code. You need an scroll extension I think.
or you can use this [FREE] TableViewer - fully style customized to show table data
