How to make another MIT app read my app data?

Hello, I am making app that contain smth like car dashboard
That shows the car (location , speed ,motor temp ) I need to send my MIT data into a cloud and make this data appear into another mobile screen (
Without the authority to edit on it ,only read ) is there a way to do that ?
And is there a way to make speed gauges ?
