How to know which user has registered with us in Account Manager Extension

Hey Everyone,
I am making an app for our classroom student to see study material and learn about syllabus. I want to know which student have signed up, so I used account manager extension. In this Pick google account test extension one, which I found I can use for my purpose.
But the problem is I on the server side won’t be able to know which student logged in into the app.

Is there any way, I can know which user logged into the app.

This is what is happening when user is choosing email id.

the Picked event provides the picked account name
