How to empty the backpack

Good afternoon, I’m sorry for my English, I’m using the translator and I’m new to this.
My question is how to empty the backpack, I can not find the form and with the right button does not appear the option to empty backpack as explained in some tutorials. Thank you very much

You can empty the backpack by right-clicking on the backpack icon (top-right of the blocks editor) and pressing the “Empty the backpack” option.

You can also clear individual blocks by opening the backpack, right-clicking on a block and selecting “Remove from backpack”.
