I am doing some edit on a project I found in Gallery, but can't do it, why?

what I like to do is change the '1' into 'A' see picture below. now it became to '1' as long as I modified it.

Welcome to the community. 1 is a number - block is from math blocks, so you can not add text. All you have to do is drag an empty string from text blocks and replace math block. Then add A
