I think is best using cloudDB. If the user haves a new phone, a phone and a tablet etc. The user needs to create a new account. Using cloud DB logins are stored on appinventor server and the same account may be used on multiple devices. People creates a account on google to have he settings on all their fevices or eventually on a other's e evice. Makes sense using a device as account?
