How to change the icon of the open source developed appinventor

hi, How do I change the icon of the open-source developed app inventor?
I am developing app inventor with the sources could anyone help in changing the icon of app inventor

Hello @GM_Shack,
The top panel logo is created in Top panel.java, to change it to your own logo, add your logo to appengine/war/static/images, then change the LOGO_IMAGE_URL variable to match the new image path..
P.S: most probably you would have to change the link that the logo redirects to as well, see the answer here
