How from screen1 with button1 to open screen2?

I have a project in which i i want in the home screen by clicking a button to send me on another screen i have made ,it it posible in any way?

explain with example:
I have made two screens.The one called screen1 is the homepage with the button called button1, by clicking the button1 i want to open the screen2
