How do you use Machine Learning models without using Teachables?

Is it possible to use a Machine Learning model downloaded from the internet instead of using google teachables?

I want to make an image recognizer for different types of skin allergies. There are online models for this purpose however not through teachables. Is it possible to use these models?

Can you use the online service by uploading your images? You could use a webview extension to give your webview upload functionality
