How Do You Stop Pedometer From False Step Counting?

Hi Guys, I was just making a Step Counter App and I saw that whenever I am moving my mobile its counting it as a step.

So Here Comes The Problem How to Solve This Issue

1. Are There Any Extensions For That
2. Or Can we Fix It Ourselves

Actually Pedometer uses accelerometer but there was a extension -
