How do you move the text box?

i cant seem to move the text box to the center of the screen anybody know how to?

In the parent arrangement, such as Screen1 or HorizontalArrangement or VerticalArrangement set the AlignVertical and AlignHorizontal properties to Center.

Where you place the TextBox, not in TextBox.
