How do you make dynamic components permanent in the screen?

I would like to know how to create dynamic components using the extension and turn them into permanent components

Like being able to access them for example, if I create a new button how do I make it so that I can make that dynamic button to perform a certain command or event

You can use any button component. Check if is dynamic component and then check if component's id is .. or if button's text contains ... do ...
