I wil make a social media app like Facebook and Instagram, but i can't make it. Is there an extension, a aia file or app from app inventor gallery?

First try to create simple apps to gain lots of experience and then proceed for complex ones.
But if you want to build apps like Facebook and Instagram without any prior experience then you should learn coding and use Android Studio instead.

You are not going to be able to do this with App Inventor most likely.

Facebook and Instagram are hosted on servers to stream data.

• make a website hosted on a server
• link to the contents using App Inventor possibly.
