How do you make a permanent link or QR code for an app?

I want to know that how do you make a permanent link or QR code for downloading an app. If any of you know then please tell me.

You can try using this extension

First upload your application to Google drive and then make the link public and make QR code using the extension

And after getting the QR code you can simply take screenshot and then save it to Google drive, cloudinary, firebase storage etc. To upload the image and then share it
