How do you make a Canvas Image transparent?

I am trying to upload a transparent image to a canvas but sadly, it does not work. Please tell me what to do

Please upload the image and your relevant blocks so that other users can help you. To download high-quality images of blocks, right click the blocks and select Download Blocks as Image. For details, please read this guide: How to ask a question (open new topic).

Make sure you set the BackgroundColor of the Canvas to None, so that the Canvas is transparent without a background

Set the image in the designer of with the BackgroundImage block.

When you say "upload" do you mean to the assets (media Folder) or some other method ?
