In India, there are about 70 million individuals who are blind, 2 million of them are children. To solve this issue, we will create an app that serves as a platform for a system of volunteers/Scribes and Students/needy. This will greatly assist both the communities since many of them are students who do not have the opportunity to write examinations.

Two existing components should already help individuals develop an app helping develop something like this: TextToSpeech component to make your app speak and SpreechRecognizer, so the app can be controlled with vocal commands.
