How do you import a website's favicon into a Web component?

I'd like to import a web site's fabicon and apply it to image components.
Is there anything we can do?
(I use translator because I cannot speak English. Please excuse me.)

A lot of Favicons are Trade Marked, meaning you are not allowed to use them or edit them in anyway. The Social Media Giants have a tendency to pursue people in court.
