How do you Freeze layout?

Respected Seniors,

Here is video of an app inwhich we can see Header and Footer of the app is freeze.

Is it possible to to do this with MIT APP Inventor?

I want to add buttons in the footer of screen.

That looks like a full screen nonscrollable vertical layout containing fixed per cent height horizontal layout(s) and a ListView in the middle.

@Tariq_Mehmood use either horizontal or vertical arrangement in top and bottom,
Then in middle use vertical scroll arrangement or list view. (Set width and height as fill parent)
This is a basic thing in mit ai2
