Put the dismiss dialog block at the end of the Set_text_of_buttons procedure
Where is tha "dismiss dialog" ?

When did you initiate this notifier? It seems you cannot click the button as the notifier continue to spin?? If the starting point is inside the procedure then use one clock component .. so that easily you can manage
